Coconut Cake - Vegan & Gluten Free
CAKE
~ Vanilla Cake Mix
~ All Purpose Flour
~ Apple Sauce
~ Coconut Oil
~ Plant Based Milk
~ Vanilla Extract
~ Coconut Extract
ICING
~ Vegan Icing
~ Shredded Coconut
Preheat oven to 325. Mix all cake ingredients together. Evenly distribute batter into two 9” round cake pans. Place in the heated oven and cook for 35 minutes. When done, let cool for about 10 minutes. Remove cake from pans and allow to cool completely before icing.
Mix icing and shredded coconut together. Use half of the icing to cover the bottom layer and half to cover the top layer and sides of the cake. Top off with sprinkled shredded coconut. Enjoy!
