Strawberry Cake

Vegan & Gluten Free

~ Strawberry Puree

~ Coconut Oil

~ Lemon Juice

~ Maple Syrup

~ Vanilla Extract

~ Pinch of Salt

~ Plant Based Milk

~ All Purpose Flour

Puree fresh strawberries. Melt coconut oil. Combine all liquid ingredients. Sift flour and mix with other ingredients. Set oven to 350. Grease and cover baking tins with parchment paper. Pour in cake batter. Bake for about 15 minutes. Once lightly brown and a toothpick comes out clean, remove from oven. Immediately remove from tins and place on a cooling wrack.

~ Powdered Sugar

~ Maple Syrup

~ Vanilla Extract

Place coconut milk in fridge to separate cream from milk. Remove cream and mix in remaining ingredients. Whip for fluffiness. Once sponges are completely cooled, place on your favorite cake plate and cover with icing. Enjoy!
