~ Plant Based Ground Meat

~ Cayenne

~ Chili Powder

~ BH Seasoning

~ Tomato & Garlic Sauce

~ Fresh Tomato, Onion, & Jalapeño 

~ Black Beans

~ Kidney Beans

~ Cannellini Beans

~ Freshly Ground Salt & Pepper

~ Garlic

~ Bay Leaves


In a large pot, brown planted based ground meat with spices. Then add tomato & garlic sauce, mixture of tomato, onion, & jalapeño, beans, garlic, bay leaves, & more spices. Simmer on low for about 40min. Serves 8 (1 cup servings).
